Joshua Hatter is Senior Business Development Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) in Charleston, SC, where he manages the BD pipeline and identifies new business opportunities and areas for growth in SPAWAR in Charleston and Norfolk. His primary focus is determining customer needs and developing a diverse pipeline and account plan to position GDIT for future growth. He serves as GDIT BD lead for the SSC Atlantic market and is the primary company POC between government customers and industry partners. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. He served as CDCA Treasurer for 3 years and CDCA Vice President for the past 2 years, and he has served on the CDCA Board of Directors for the past 6+ years. As Treasurer, he worked to ensure the long-term financial viability of the CDCA by guiding the transition from accrual accounting to cash accounting. Josh served as Vice President from 2015-2016, during which he led the development of the CDCA value proposition which defines newly structured benefits for each membership level.
