CDCA’s Defense Summit Innovation Spotlight Winner Announced

Blue Eye Soft Named Best-in-Show for its Preserving Data Analytics System

CHARLESTON, SC – Jan. 15, 2020 – The Charleston Defense Contractors Association (CDCA)—a non-profit defense advocacy group—today announced that Blue Eye Soft was selected as Best-in-Show during the 13th Annual Defense Summit Innovation Spotlight Competition. Recognized for its Preserving Data Analytics System, Blue Eye Soft’s innovative solution connects to multiple data sources instantly and eliminates the need for multiple tools at one tenth the cost of a self-built solution.  Blue Eye Soft founder and CEO Srikanth Kodeboyina received the award on behalf of Blue Eye Soft.

“Participating in the Innovation Spotlight helped us be part of the national Defense eco- system,” said Kodeboyina. “The competition connected us with multiple partners and industry leaders while educating us about new initiatives and ways to engage with Defense industry customers.”

Sponsored by HPI[BH1] , the competition required a written abstract outlining the company’s product/service and its key differentiators. Award topics included analytics, cybersecurity, cloud, networking and more.  A panel of experts selected seven finalists who were given a chance to present live during the first day of the Defense Summit. More than 1,400 summit attendees were encouraged to vote through the event app, which resulted in the Best-in-Show winner.

The top seven finalist companies who were chosen to present in the technical pitch session to a live audience included:

·         Ardalyst’s DIB Defender helps government contractors achieve CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) through nation-state techniques at an affordable price.

·         Blue Eye Soft’s Privacy Preserving Data Analytics System helps users bring disparate data sets together to cleanse and combine data for analysis at a fraction of self-built applications.

·         George Consulting’s C5ISR AI, VR, Cloud Platform Solution allows cybersecurity analysts to work anywhere in the world in an immersive VR workspace to provide faster access to critical intelligence while reducing the cost of more conventional platforms.

·         H2L’s Spartan Security Solution helps defense contractors get CMMC certified by automating most of the requirements and tracking the life-cycle of compliance for the Security Program Manager.

·         Human Touch’s Coras Programs is a PaaS that aggregates, automates, and analyzes data in real-time to simplify business decisions.

·         NCI’s AI-Driven Application Modernization uses CodeIntent™ to deliver operations-ready software 30-70 times faster than traditional agile best practices without human interaction.

·         SAIC’s Integration Tools leverage open source machine learning and web-data harvesting software to support the continuous, rapid development, and update of cybersecurity accreditation decision artifacts for DoD mobility solutions.

“Bringing together government and defense contractors thought-leaders around the nation, our Annual Defense Summit is the perfect opportunity to shine the spotlight on cutting-edge solutions designed to protect and defend our nation,” said Walker. “We look forward to showcasing new innovations during the competition during next year’s 14th Defense Summit.”
