Chair: Matthew King The CDCA Finance Committee encompasses all fiduciary responsibilities to provide and maintain the financial stability of the association. This includes ensuring that appropriate financial systems and controls are in place while remaining compliant with relevant tax and government requirements and regulations. The Finance Committee maintains records of all CDCA bank accounts and maintains sufficient reserve funding to provide essential core services, monitoring and managing cash flow – including routing accounts payable/accounts receivable activities, planning short- and long-term budgets, and organizing two financial audits each calendar year. |
