Committee Purpose
The Nominating Committee supports the Board of Directors by maintaining a disciplined, transparent, and forward-looking process for identifying, vetting, and recommending qualified candidates for Board service. The Committee ensures Board composition aligns with CDCA’s mission, bylaws, governance needs, and long-term strategic direction.

Mission
To identify, engage, educate, and encourage qualified candidates to seek leadership positions on the CDCA Board of Directors, ensuring strong governance, continuity, and fiduciary stewardship.

Vision
Establish and sustain a diverse, informed, and mission-aligned pipeline of Board candidates capable of advancing CDCA’s strategic priorities and long-term organizational health.
