The CDCA Operations Committee oversees the organization’s general operating business practices and agreements. The committee is chaired by the CDCA secretary, with specific focus areas including contracts industry council, staff and policy, and information
technology.
The chair is the primary interface to the CDCA’s legal counsel and insurance agents, and also oversees staffing of CDCA employees, e.g., brand evangelist, administrative assistant, and financial assistant. Other responsibilities include
coordinating processes of other committees, including turnover, maintaining and overseeing CDCA by-laws and standard operations guide, ensuring the CDCA charter is up to date, maintaining any new operational documents as they develop, and overseeing
CDCA BOD elections.
